Kyla Wright is a dynamic bassist and known for her versatility and magnetic stage presence. She has performed with artists including Sabrina Carpenter, Gwen Stefani, Chloe x Halle, and Janelle Monáe, moving effortlessly between pop, R&B, rock, and funk with deep musicality and adaptability.

A two-time cancer survivor, Kyla’s journey is rooted in resilience and passion. After overcoming cancer twice at a young age, she channeled her experiences into her artistry. Originally a pianist, she later found her true voice on the bass, shaping her distinctive musical perspective.

In 2019, Kyla attended Berklee College of Music on a full-tuition scholarship, studying Music Education and Music Business. Beyond performing, she is committed to growth, creative exploration, and inspiring others through music.
